• Reduced voltage pilot circuit transformer is provided for three phase (3-Ph) units over 250V
• Supplied with 40 quart (38 L) stainless steel mixing bowl
• Designed with a stainless steel bowl guard, type “B” 
• Adjustable automatic 15 minute timer – turns off mixer at any pre-set time up to 15 minutes
• Front mounted No. 12 auxiliary drive
• Easy to use and clean
• Equipped with dough hook, batter beater and wire whip attachments
